My self and Isuru worked over this issue. It seems this issue occurs since in the current setup (local setup script) the config registry is shared among the stratos services (AS, ESB, etc..). The plan is to set up the environment with registry mounts in place and try it out. Thanks Isuru for helping out on this issue :)
