Jorge,
this is what I have in my WSAS 3.2.1 in Carbon.xml

<HostName>MY.HOSTNAME.COM</HostName>
     <!--
     The URL of the index page. This is where the user will be redirected
after signing in to the
     carbon server.
    -->
    <!--IndexPageURL>/carbon/admin/index.jsp</IndexPageURL-->
    <!-- HTTP and HTTPS ports when apache is fronted to a carbon server-->
    <!--ApacheHttpPort>80</ApacheHttpPort>
    <ApacheHttpsPort>443</ApacheHttpsPort-->
    <!--
       Ports used by this server
    -->
    *<Ports*>
        <!-- The JMX Ports -->
       * <JMX>*
            <!--The port RMI registry is exposed-->
            *<RMIRegistryPort>9997</RMIRegistryPort>*
            <!--The port RMI server should be exposed-->
            <!--<RMIServerPort>11111</RMIServerPort>-->
        </JMX>
    *</Ports>*

You must also have the server launched with the java option
: -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote
I have it in my wrapper.conf and i see it is included in the
wso2server.sh/bat

The url to connect for me is :
service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://MY.HOSTNAME.COMl:9997/jmxrmi

Saludos,

Guillaume Devianne
