Hi Jorge, I did a quick look of your situation,
I think what you have done is goto [1], and copy the link of the appserver docs link and trying to download it with the link which come as [2]. But instead if you click on the link it will redirect you to the link [3] which is working. I'm not sure why this confusion happens. We will solve the issue soon. For now you can download the appserver doc dist from [3].
