OK, if it does not use registry kernel and the user.core, AFAIU, it can only make use of few things such as utilities, logging, caching, and the OSGi runtime. Without the above two bundles, the UI won't load, and no admin services can be made use of. So, what does LB use out of the Carbon Server?
