Correct UTC is 2pm.
The preliminary goal for the meeting is to just review what needs to be
done, and to go over our preliminary status after looking at Governance
4.0. I plan to hold weekly meetings for a while, while we work through
the redesign and implementation of the turmeric provider and service.
