I'm wondering whether all 3.2.0 & 3.2.1 Carbon commits are in the trunk. I
have not committed the ServiceDynamicLB & autoscaling code, but this is just
a matter of replacing all that code in trunk with the new code since I
rewrote those. I wonder whether there are such uncommitted code in the 3.2.0
branch.
