Hi Jorge,

We have fixed this port issue in 1.0.13.RC2 and later versions. You can
download latest RC pack from
http://builder.wso2.org/~carbon/carbon-studio/1.0.13.RC3.

We will not allow users to set server Offset via CS. Instead we will display
the correct ports which servers are running in CS. When the user change the
running port via CS, we are updating ports values in carbon.xml considering
the Offset value in to account.
