Hi, During the equinox migration effort, I in fact migrated most of the component-manager/core code to new p2-api. while the component manager is working, it is not perfect. In this effort we are going to rewrite some parts of component manager.
The changes requested while code-reviews + new p2-api features will be available once this is done. Still I'm in a early stage to list down the concrete set of deliverables. I'll update the thread as i go on.
