This seems to be a common issue - that we don't have a place to upload, dependent jars in ESB in Stratos - need to figure out a way - since this is very much needed in writing a custom callback in a security policy.. There can be a workaround - as discussed with Hiranya [haven't tested - and looks ugly too] - we can add the callback to a XAR fill and upload it..
