When you run wso2server.sh with -Dsetup, what happens the build.xml is
executed with Ant. This is done using the Ant libraries we ship with Carbon,
so users don't have to have Ant installed.

I'm not exactly sure how the checkin client handles this, but there is no
need to force the user to install Ant since we already have it in the Carbon
packs.
