I have a quick question about adding and removing dependencies using the
Governance API. Do the dependency artifacts aleardy need to exist, or
will they be created automatically if they are added to the list of
dependencies. To unrelate a dependency to an artifact, do you just
remove it from the dependencies list and then save the artifact?
It's unclear from the governance api documentation:

Note I'm using the remote user registry.
