What I meant was, even if you needed to make it work at collection/resource level, it can be done by extending the media type handler that was written to upload WSDL/Schema files. You need to write code for it. But, out-of-the-box, it just does not work. We have a task of getting that done, and coming up with a user-friendly UI for this. The CXF config upload was an example, to prove the point that it can be done by extending the handler.
