Need to provide a small feedback on this.
In *Database Information.png, *it seems you are showing all the tabled and
queries in a single wizard. But if you consider a real world scenario, a
database will consider quite a lot of tables and queries. So in that case,
this wizard will not be very much usable.
Hence you might want to consider displaying those information in some kind
of a expandable control like following structure.
Table Info:
Database
-Tables
-Table1
--Column1
--Column2
-Table2
--Column1
--Column2
-Queries
-Query1
-InputParams
--InputParam1
--InputParam2
-OutputParams
--InputParam1
--InputParam2

-InputParams
