They aren't worth the effort: glyphs where 8 bit control characters
should be, gaps in the ISO Latin-1 range, faulty baseline. There are
better fonts:

Bitstream Vera Sans Mono Unicode encoded TT, Release 1.10, 269
glyphs
Adobe Courier Unicode encoded OT, version 1.020, 374 glyphs
B&H Luxi Mono Regular Unicode encoded TT, version 1.2, 395 glyphs
Monotype Courier New Unicode encoded TT, version 2.82, 1318 glyphs
B&H Lucida Sans Typewriter Unicode encoded TT, version 1.10 (JAVA),
1376 glyphs
FreeMono Unicode encoded TT, version 1.10, 2570 glyphs
DejaVu Sans Mono Unicode encoded TT, version 2.19, 2937 glyphs

Monotype Andale Mono Unicode encoded TT, version 2.00, 659 glyphs
B&H Lucida Console Regular Unicode encoded TT, version 1.60, 666
glyphs
Everson Mono Unicode Unicode encoded TT, version 3.2b4, 4899
glyphs

The latter three have only one type face.
