Ange-ftp is a part of Carbon Emacs Package (as well as GNU Emacs 22). /Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/lisp/net/ange-ftp.el /Applications/Emacs.app/Contents/Resources/lisp/net/ange-ftp.elc
