I am trying to find a way to get the visible-bell style which Carbon
22.2 uses (flashing the top line of the buffer and the minibuffer)
instead of the "flash a block in the middle of the frame" style in the
latest Emacs.app. I've looked at the source but can't work out how
Carbon Emacs does this since it seems to be just taken from the vb
TERMCAP entry?
