Lets say you have an app (care2x?) wanting to communicate with 3 different applications. These 3 apps have perfect api documentations for each of their tiers. This forces you to read and understand at least 3 different documents to enable (recode?) care2x to communicate with them. Now here comes the best part, after 6 months another application (4th) was added to the whole system, of course with perfect api documentations...............
