I would like to draw your attention to a real pragmatic paper
made by a Swedish Government Agency - SIDA, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
The report is called "Open Source in Developing Countries".
It certainly has interest for those of you who are working in Developing Countries.
But its Annexes A. B. and C. are really precious pieces of information for everybody in the Open Source business.
