Hello,

after reviewing different cms platforms for the care2x-plugins, i
decided to use Mambo or Typo3 for it.

The reasons.
If expect a lots of medical resources the Typo3 is the better choice.
Because the different little projects can do their documentation very
easyly. For integrating it to care2x we can use some useful code of
the Typo3 Extensions integration and so on.

I reviewed for example ~7000 Medical Algorythms. If we like to integrate
such a stuff and combine them into one single application we need a
lot of physicians that like to review it for medical research.

At least it makes sence to combine it into the DRG module and into ICD
Code. - EG. a patient have any diagnose than the system offers the
doctor the relevant Algorythm he can use for it. Also care2x can offer
from the the patients data things like blood pressure and other stuff
so the doctor needs only to type in some data. the rest comes from the
system. The relevant results can be combined to studies for research.

Positive for Mambo at the begining is that administration will be more
easy in the beginning. But if there are a large numbers of Plugins and
tools, than it gets more complicate.

Problem: The Algorythms i saw have no very often no Copyright. Or the
Copyright is not clear. I am not shure, it is allowed to use the
Algorythms. If the Code is than PHP and set to GPL the most senseful
thing is that we have to ask for each... is it allowed to use it?
