The Way: If you register here with the same mailaddress you are registered at care2002-developers list: http://web3.gotodoc.com/index.php?id=395 You are able to post online. You find this page in - Documentation - Mailing Lists - User List Archive. If you register with another Mailadress, you can send a mail. This mail goes to the SF care2x list administration for further review.
