Hi Kamal Singh, if you want to display the data encounter data of a patient which was already discharged, you can go to "Admission", then "Advance search" and search for the patient. A list of the patients with the corresponding encounter numbers and date of admission will be listed. Click on the patient you are looking for. The menu for the encounter/admission data will be displayed as usual.
