Of course your where completely correct, but i was indeed thinking of a deployement in 
a hospital
where any Care2x loving company could deliver the Care2x server and as a surplus could 
try to sell
some PDA's to get access to the Care2x services. In that setup, it would not be to 
hard to sell
Opera pre-installed PDA's. 
I may be a bit biased but I've tried some web-browsers on PDA and i have to say that 
opera is
FAST!
