Dear Developers,
The Cerebroperiferico PubMed Front-end is now performing as expected in
four languages. The url is:
http://www.cerebroperiferico.com/medline

Please consider that the vocabulary sources are finite (22.000 to
31.000 translations per language) so you might get many null results if
the term is not recognized. I am in the process of adding terms to the
sources but you can imagine that cross-verification takes a long time.

For German, please try Bauchschmerzen (and select root term)
For Portuguese, please try Abatedouros (and select termo raiz)

Since it wouldn't be fair to not let you know beforehand which terms
are already in the search engine, the full source vocabularies will be
available for searching via PocketPC handhelds. I'm in the process of
obtaining the necessary licenses (NLM, PAHO, etc) in order to release
them as a free download.

If anyone can collaborate, please send me the translation of the page
in order to clean up the "language chimera" currently present.

Elpidio, Wilfried, can we integrate the search engine into Care2x (as a
page or plugin)?

All the very best,
Daniel
