That is Ok for the moment. It is also free for modifications to fit your 
needs.

LOT number of a  medical product. A kind of serial, production or batch number 
usually intended for tracing back the production history of the product.

Charge number = similar to LOT, serial number.

Both are widely used in german medical products. They might be named 
differently in your country.
