[Care2002-developers] What I really think about HIS and Care2x

For those of you that in the last few days just emailed me worried with 
my recent rant on the Care2x Project leadership, I feel that I must 
clarify what I think about HIS (Health Information Systems) and the 
Care2x project itself.

A Feb 2004 email that I've sent to the openhealth and the care 
developers lists shows what I really think about those subjects.
