Support is a major issue, I hear about it every day I bring up Care2X. We could find developers in different regions that would be willing to support installations.
I am in the Southwest United States, and am more than willing to support facilities in this area. It would not be hard to get a support network going. I'll volunteer to help get "coordination" group stared.. Maybe assigning regions (at least in the US, which is where I am), based on developers from those areas.
