Did this fix long time ago on my server so here it is (don't know if this was by design, or just forgoten)
http://www.care2x.org/foundry/modules/nursing/nursing-getmedx.php? After saving medication/dosage, it can't be seen who orderd/saved the medication/dosage. Fix: Find line 150 and add another cell to the row <td <?php echo $tbg; ?>><FONT SIZE=-1 FACE="Arial" color="#000066"><?php echo $LDNurse; ?></td> Find line 173 (or close to that) It should look like this <tr bgcolor="<?php echo $bgc; ?>" valign="top"> <td><FONT SIZE=-1 FACE="Arial"><?php if($row['article']) echo $row['article']; ?></td> <td><FONT SIZE=-1 FACE="Arial"><?php if($row['dosage']) echo $row['dosage']; ?></td> </tr> and add another cell to the row <td><FONT SIZE=-1 FACE="Arial"><?php if($row['prescriber']) echo $row['prescriber']; ?></td> that would be it.
