Some info to this point: Andreas Tille was at the Flensburg conference and showed Elpidio a lot of hints in copyright and things what need to be done. I remember a 2 pages information that was posted from Andreas here to the list in february. As far as i remember he have done a quick care2x debian package to help upcoming packers with the first steps.
