Yes I'am using MySQL, but perhaps I don't explain correctly the problem. Supose that we have a patient admited in outpatient, and we make a new appointment for this patient, ok?. When I go to appointments the system show me all the appointments, ok?. Well, I accept an appointment and the system goes to admission and I can introduce all the information that I want. But When I close the window admission and goes to appointments I still show the appointment pending, the appointment don't change. You understand the problem.
My english is very poor, perhaps in spanish you understand better.

Tengo un paciente admitido en un clínica, por ejemplo en ambulatorio general. Ahora creo una cita para ese paciente. Si me voy a la parte de citas aparece la cita de ese paciente como pendiente no?. Bien, ahora acepto esa cita (botón admitir), y me pasa a la parte de admisión de ese paciente, donde puedo añadir todo lo que yo quiera, ok?, pero, cuando cierro la parte de admisión y vuelvo a ir a citas me sigue apareciendo el mismo paciente con la consulta como pendiente, cuando tendría que haber pasado a hecho.
