Hi, there is no way inside care2x to solve your problems. That�s why we have designed a lot of new programs to solve those problems. The idea of implementing a LDAP Server is quite good, but you have to alter several programs too. We planned to integrate a LDAP Service. But up to then we use our new Menu design which has a role / zone concept to determine which user is on which PC can look on specific data.
