As far i see from the last conferences about Open Content the GNU FDL will have some change in future. GNU FDL will go to Creative Commons too.
For example GNU FDL is not compatible with Debian and in the past there are a lots of fights because it. See Wikipedia is published under GNU FDL. And as far as i am involved to it...
