a new turkish language pack was submitted by Dr. B�lent Potur. You can download the pack from here

This package also includes the files to create the turkish ICD10 capability for care2x.
For more info on how to add the turkish ICD10, please contact Dr. Potur directly. He is the maintainer of
this language package.
