This is a collaborative document development but you need to register to be able to edit or add contents. The editing of contents will be closely monitored to avoid abuse, misuse and vandalism that happened in the past. Registered users will also be monitored and any user found to misuse the wiki will be removed from the whole project summarily (that means no due process). Im sorry guys but we live in a real world, no matter how noble and praiseworthy our project is, there are some people around ready to destroy
what other people have built painstakingly. C'est la vie.
