Dr. Jorge Rodriguez from Argentina has announced the availability of his
own complete package
containing Xampplite + iPath + Care2x. You can download the package
from here:
http://www.biolinux.fac.org.ar/ipathcare/iPath-care2x.zip
This will run in Windows environment.
According to him, the whole package can also be installed in an USB stick
and it works.
Dr. Rodriguez also translated iPath to Spanish. If you are interested to
get the spanish iPath, please ask him via this list.
