Hi Douglas,
If I have understood you correctly, this is not an issue but normal by
design.
If you want to avoid seeing the login screen, you can login as a
"universal" user by clicking on the
"Login" item on the left menu and logging normally. Of course, if you
are restricted in some
modules you will still see the login screen.
