Hi Can anyone help me - I am part of the "Oslo crowd" working on a data interface between the Care2X files and the DHIS. We want to count the discharges (by type (regular DC, pt left hosp, death, etc), and ward) that took place in a period - say a specific month.
I found the discharge types and their codes in care_type_discharge, but I don't see where this is linked to the encounter. When a patient is discharged, you are asked to indicate the discharge type - where is this data stored?? Am I missing something?
