Hello, As you all probably known SF.net has new feature for the projects: Subversion (SVN) repository. SVN is named to be the successor of the CVS. It is normal practice projects to migrate from CVS to SVN. This is because SVN has more features and is more convinient for version control tasks.
There was a small discussion about a week or two ago that it is good idea Care2x to go using SVN as replacement of the current CVS repository. I successfully migrated the full content of the CVS repository to the SVN repository. This includes: - all commit history - all branches and tags Every Care2x developer is granted developer access (write access) to the SVN repository. The idea is that we use SVN for source control from now on and have the CVS repository only as read-only reference for the source state before the migration. I want to ask everybody, who depends on the CVS repository, to check if the current state of the SVN repository meets your needs (at least as CVS met them). If there are no complains I will remove the write access to CVS by the end of the week.
