Hello Ashwin, we´re still on work, it´s not finished. But the latest release (beta stage) is still on sourceforge. You can find it at the branch (SVN) elc_tanzania-0-2. (If you´re not familiar with subversion, please let me know)
Yes, we made some changes in the sql file. Not sure that we have updated the sql-files on the branch, I´ll check this next week.
