Hi Reinier, 

I vote for the changes you suggest. We really don't need so many
sections if they are seldom used. It is a fact, that the main
communication channel for everything is this mailing list. 

@Claudio, I apologise not seeing your "Patches" submissions. I did not
expect something to appear there. I will take care.
