Hi carers I totally agree with Kaloyan Think that a real scalable and modular care2x, milestone I?, most do like Kaloyan imagine Remaining to the example of the patirnt reccord, here in ital is needed the birth City (to calculate the SSI code) Think the next generation of care2x, must have, according with the main installation, a custom country package, not only for the language selection, an example In setup:
1-Choose the database an the paths 2-Choose ICD 10, OPS database 3-Choose country form package (developed from each coutry focus) 4-Choose the ACL and the rights 5-Choose template and skin (needed only as gadget) 6-Choose the range of users (wards, beds, ecc) ------------------------done And never re set the program, next only the data input is important!!! I will made if needed a complete analisys of the problem... Let me say only a think, we are currently using care2x on 2 hospital, 4 wards, 200 users and 3500 patients in 5 mounths, a lot, of data?! I use in the ward touch screen and notebook with WIFI connection... The customer satisfaction tested is 95%. The stone is launched, we can nomore stop and restart in many directions, stability is needed... Must be a choose of life, the healtcare is a real mission!!! Right?
