Can we add some new feature about managing users and data.
Examples:
1. Care2x is now divide in wards and departmens, but it will be good if we add and institutions (the name of it can be changed). Example:
Hospital 1(Institution)
Department 1 Department 2
Ward 1 Ward2 Ward3 Ward1 Ward2 Ward3
Primary care(Isntitution)
Department 1 Department 2
Ward 1 Ward2 Ward3 Ward1 Ward2 Ward3
Insurance Company(Institution)
Department 1 Department 2
Ward 1 Ward2 Ward3 Ward1 Ward2 Ward3
Gowerment(Institution)
Department 1 Department 2
Ward 1 Ward2 Ward3 Ward1 Ward2 Ward3
2. All care2x divide in Function, Operations and fields. Example:
Person (Function)
Registration-Insert(Operation)
Registration-Delete(Operation)
Insurance Company(Field)
...
3. Users now can be managed like this:
User 1 is part of Institution 1, Departmen 2, and can enter in
Function Person, Operation Registration (Insert, delete, update), and can't change (Insurance company, SID...)
User 2 - Institution 2, Department 3, Ward 3 can see all functions, use all operations
User 3 - Institution 3, Can see just statistics and reports
4. Doctors, that have autority of see pations data that belong just to him can:
1. Manage that data
2. Manage of access to patiens data:
1. Who can see that data, and who can change that data
2. Moving patiens to another doctor
All this must be made because:
1. Doctor from primary care, send pationes to hospital
2. In hospital nurses, and doctors can see just patients data for what thay have autority
3. After all medical work, bill is send directing via internet in insurance company or to pations
4. All medical data will be on one server, for now, and pationts PID is always the same
5. Gowerment can easy see all statistics and reports
This is just examples, what we are doing in Croatia, I thinh that this will be nice feature if we can added in care2x. We don't want money, just want to help you to put care2x on new level of HIS.
