Here are some hints:
For example:
First admit a patient:
click patient from left
patient->new patient->fill in->save
outpatient app->fill in->select department->save
you may see barcodes and wrisbands then close.
click ambulatory from left
select department and click outpatient clinic.
You should see your new record on the right waiting list.
click on it and admit it. Now the record is in the center line.
click on the bar graph to the left.
A window opens named:
Patient's charts folder
Click on the date grid chart now yo can enter temparature and blood pressure recordings. These are the works of nurses you know so doctors and nurses have read and write access.
For blood sugar first you should make a test request in the Patient's charts folder by clicking test request and selecting Central Laboratory. Filling in blood sugar and send the request.
then you can log in clicking labarotory from left then you look pending requests and enter results. Then go back to Patient's charts folder and see the result from your clinic. You may click with right button of the mouse on each window to see where exactly you are. Care 2x session system is technically too complicated for me, a gynecologist. But I am proud that I have translated Care 2x into Turkish including help files. And it is the one of most complete translations. So if your Turkish is fluent enough you may try to click those help-yardim buttons. Dear Elpidio's original on line context sensitive help files are very impressive.
