Thank you for the report. 
The resolution of your problem is very simple. The confirmlabtests.php
file actually has the name confirmLabtests.php (note the capital L
letter). This makes problem on Unix system where file names are case
sensitive. 

Simply rename the confirmLabtests.php file to confirmlabtests.php. Let
me know if this works for you. The official fix will be released with
next beta 2.2.2.
