Hi,

Why not use HL7 as a standard for this too? It works
good for exchanging between HIS and PACS. I have
tested Mirth as the HL7 server. I know for sure that
HL7 carries patient info and if this could be
standardised then we should be looking at ERP
solutions to utilise this messaging to create
automatic billing. I am exploring in this angle
currently. If i get to see more light in this tunnel i
will forward my findings.
