Reopened Care2002-users ML, called: "Worldwide users groups or individuals". Until the 09/30/2007 we are expecting a confirmation of the effective developement agreement by the developers. After this date, who have not confirmed the agreement, will be removed from the dev list and ML, and placed on the users ML. At this moment, i am changing some permission to the developers. If anyone have some problem, keep in touch with me, i will restore permission.
