Hi Bala In the V 2.4 there are a lot of bugs, due to the reforming of a lot of code, this is the reason for i have called it RC1. You and the community must actively help us to meke it better.
Regarding Questions: 1- the ICD module does not appear loaded but it is, is a bug of the installe i will fix 2- the Billing module, is in bundle, but due to the fact that some installations do not need it, you must manually install. browse to /modules/billing/ and follow the instructions (need another database) 3- the new lab module is in test phase, will be released in the RC2 Hope to be helpfull A "ciao" to the wonderfull Galway...
