Hello carers, I installed care2x_b225 on lamp . I was able to create patient but some of the options for patients such as Medocs, DRG (composite), Diagnostic Results, Prescriptions, Notes & Reports, Immunization, Measurements, Birth details always show "No --- record for patient yet" where --- is the option name and no link to create the record except the medocs.Can anyone please help me out.
