Hi Bala In order: 1- Yellow paper is the clinical story of the patient and oncologia is Oncology Dept correct! 2- Target is the complete mesurement of the patient, from the birth till the current day. 3- The lab must be populated by the user, due to the fact that each Hospital have analisys and parameters to be customized.
