upgrading MySQL client"
when my database ver 5.0

I am installing Care2x on the process of installation I got this error
after accepting the Licnces

Please advise me what to do ? Knowing that my database was MySql 5.0 and I
changed to MySql 4.0.27 after I have a lot of problem connecting to the
database with error "Autintication protocol error consider upgrade Mysql
client"
Please advise me what to do?
