I am in Kenya in the process to go back to my country and I want to help an installation of care2x in the region for 6 months. My experience is basically on linux, rural hospitals, telecommunications (VSAT, GSM, RADIO). I have a high experience in PHP, data bases, Windows and Linux, application design, project management and user support. I was working for NGOs related to ART/HIV, TB and Malaria projects as an ICT consultant and now is time to go back to my country.
